Ever apologized for something when you didn't really mean it? There is a kind of poetry devoted to doing that. Easy to write, and so fun!

It isn't difficult to write a haiku, but it takes practice to write it well. There are three lines with specific syllable counts. 5, 7, 5.

With only five lines, limericks are a fun, easy style of rhyming poem to learn. But don't forget to include your "punchline" at the end!
